Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me (ARHOME)
Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me (ARHOME), previously known as Arkansas Works, is a Medicaid program that offers eligible Arkansans health insurance coverage.
Most ARHOME beneficiaries receive their coverage through private Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) provided by one of two private health insurance carriers:
- Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield
 - Arkansas Health & Wellness (Ambetter)

Individuals at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, about $15,650 or less, do not pay a premium or any copays for the care they receive.
Those with income above 100% are responsible for paying part of the premium, with a cap of on premiums and copayments of 5% of income applied on a quarterly basis.
